Healthy Church Ideas
 
You're busy! But you are investing the time - probably because you sense a need. Let us help by explaining how to maximize your time as you use this section provided by Church Growth Resources in conjunction with Trinity Presbytery.

A Warehouse of Great Ideas
This section supplies many ideas to select from when it comes time to fill a hole or find something new. Even though there are many pages of information included, The Healthy Church Idea helps you systematically and purposefully select from those ideas and adapt them to fit your needs.

Selecting the Best Idea
This section allows you to sort more than 350 projects by text, age, date, ministry structure or any combination.

Once selected, you can crunch the ideas into simple and meaningful printed reports that will organize your calendar and create practical delegation reports. These will keep you on top of your day and the assignments others around you are committed to handling. Think of The ToolBox as a well-stocked storehouse from which various materials can be selected to make an almost infinite variety of structures. Consequently, these resources are not designed to impose a particular philosophy of ministry, but they encourage you to systematically articulate your approach. It is up to you to make the choices of what will work best for you.

Maximizing Your Best Idea
The ToolBox helps you maximize the use of each project by suggesting multiple ways that each project can be used. This section of the website suggests 1214 different ways to use 350 general projects and more than 100 church planting projects. It helps you make hard decisions about which ministries should have a redistributed amount of your time, money and people resources.

Healthy Church Ministry Structure
When searching by ministry structure, you can choose from more than 450 projects with complete action items subdivided into the following ministry areas.

For example, you can highlight "Fellowship | Welcoming Newcomers", click "Go" and you will find 28 specific projects that can help you implement this critical area of ministry. There are also 30 projects from which to choose to help you implement "Administration | Internal Communications".

With material on traditional approaches and innovative options, these projects focus on ways to facilitate evangelism, corporately and individually. It helps you to develop a strong outreach to your local community and to people in other cultures and countries. (136 projects)
Ministry - We Serve
Placing and managing people properly within the church is a critical task. These projects  enable you to develop good processes for identifying abilities and gifts, for placing people well and then helping them give their best to the work of the ministry. It is a good investment to put effort into building a good team.
